Some assembly is required, including the handlebar brackets, wheels, brakes, number plate, and fender, which may vary by model. The bike is equipped with a high-quality Zongshen CB223 engine, which is 223cc and 4-stroke. This engine is known for being expensive, reliable, powerful, and having a long lifespan. The cooling system is air-cooled, with a single-cylinder arrangement and a compression ratio of 9.0:1. The engine's bore and stroke measure Φ65.5×66.2(mm), and it delivers a maximum power output of 12kW at 7000rpm and a maximum torque of 17N.m at 5000rpm. The transmission is a 5-speed manual gearbox, and the final drive uses a #520 chain with a 13T/47T ratio.

The starting system is a combination of kick and electric starters, and the ignition type is CDI. The carburetor is a PE28 model, and the bike is powered by a 12V/5AH battery. The frame is a perimeter cradle-type steel frame, with an inverted hydraulic fork suspension upfront and a non-adjustable shock absorber at the rear. The braking system features hydraulic dual-piston calipers with 240mm discs at the front and a hydraulic single-piston caliper with a 240mm disc at the rear.

The tires are 80/100-21 at the front and 100/90-18 at the rear. The bike has a weight capacity of 176 lbs, with a net weight of 232 lbs and a gross weight of 302 lbs.
